technology. Wireless offers you all the services of a traditional wire line and also
mobility in a limited area.
How to dial from my wireless Phone?
You can dial from your wireless handsets just like any other wire line phone.
With wireless, you can make local, national and international calls, or calls to
any mobile number.
If dialing from my wireless to a wireline, do I need to dial any area code or
access code?
Dialing from your wireless phone is similar to dialing from a wire line phone. For local calls you
do not need to dial any area code. For all national, international or mobile
calls, relevant area codes are to be dialed.
Does traveling at high speeds affect the wireless service?
No. You can enjoy trouble free voice quality with your wireless phone even if traveling at speeds of up to 120 km/h.
How many digits does my wireless number have?
Wireless CDMA numbering system, just like the landline phone numbers, consists of 7 digits only.
Can I divert calls from my wireless ?
Sure you can divert any or all your calls from your wireless number to any
other number. Please consult handset guide for details.
How do I know if I have missed any calls?
If you have missed any calls while your wireless phone was OFF, or out of
coverage area, the wireless system will inform you of the missed call in a short
message when you turn your phone ON or return to the coverage area.
What service can I get from wireless ?
Currently wireless phone is offering caller line identification (CLI), call diverting, alarm
service, in call divert, call waiting, do not disturb, call barring, missed call
reminder and conference call.
How do I recharge my account?
Buy a wireless pre-paid card and scratch the coating to reveal the scratch card/airtime voucher
number.
