Adding Talk Time in your SIM: |
Your prepaid Vietnam SIM card comes with an initial starter airtime credit of VND 160,000 (approx. US$9.13). Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes (not another SIM card). These airtime vouchers are available from "Bukhari Technologies" (Voucher PIN will be sent via email) and locally in Vietnam at local Mobi4U shops, authorized dealers and wherever you see the Mobi4U logo displayed. To recharge your Vietnam service, simply follow the instructions below.
• Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
• Enter *100*(14-digit recharge voucher code)# and then press yes/ok/send button
• You will be notified via SMS message
To check your remaining balance,
• Enter 901 and then press yes/ok/send button. |

You always can make and/or receive calls as long as you have enough credit in your account. Your account is daily deducted VND 2.000/day(US$ 0.11), exclusive outgoing calls.
As your Mobi4U credit runs out, customer is offerred one day more before Mobi4U account and phone number is deactivated. During the grace period, you can receive incoming calls and/or call 900 to recharge account and/or 18001090 for assistance. As account recharged you will enjoy full benefits and convenience of being mobile.
