Activating SIM Card: |
Your Switzerland mobile phone number is displayed on the front of your SIM card packaging and begins 076 or 078.....
• Travel to Switzerland
• Set your Switzerland cell phone to the GSM 900/1800 frequencies
• Be sure that battery is charged
• Insert the Switzerland SIM chip into the cellular phone*
• Turn on your phone
• Enter the PIN code (if required) ^
• Start calling
(Note): Your Sunrise go SIM card is already registered, and no need to visit Sunrise center for any further registration.
^ Your Switzerland SIM card requires a 4-digit PIN code, which can be found on the SIM card jacket. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.

Additional credit can be added by visiting any Sunrise Centre conveniently located throughout Switzerland. You can recharge your phone with either US$17, US$25, US$41 and US$82 at face value. To recharge your Sunrise Go prepaid SIM card, please follow the steps below.
• You need to visit a Sunrise Centre conveniently located throughout Switzerland
• Chose from CHF 10, 30, 50 or 100 recharge denominations
• The SIM card will be recharged by the service centre

Service life: |
Once you arrive in Switzerland and make your first call, your prepaid SIM card will have an initial validity of 12 months during which you may receive unlimited free incoming calls. If you add airtime during this period it will be added to your existing airtime balance and the validity of your SIM card will be extended for another 12 months. If you do not add any airtime during the initial 12 months then your account will be suspended for 6 months during which you may call Sunrise support and request reactivation. Otherwise your mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card.
