^ Your Pakistan SIM card does not require a 4-digit PIN code. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Pakistan cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 92 and then your Pakistan cell phone number. To call abroad from your Pakistan cell phones simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.
Customer service for your PAKISTAN Telenor prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 345 at any time from your Pakistan cellular phone.

Telenor Pakistan Subscribers (postpaid and prepaid) using this service can activate / deactivate Value Added Services directly through SMS.
The following keywords can be used for service activation / deactivation (send to 345)

Deposit and Retrieval of Voice Messages:

Record your message (When you are a caller) after the beep on
Interactive Voice Recorder - IVR.
Retrieval
Retrieve or 'Record' voice messages on your handset. Just Dial
the following options (any one)

5- Through Speed Dial (handset specific feature - short key in the handset for forwarding number)
Note: To retrieve voice messages from your mail box, dial 500 from your Telenor number or dial 0345 5555501 from PTCL or any other mobile number.
This facility is not available if another Telenor number is being used to retrieve messages.
There are no subscription charges to get the service activated.
To retrieve a message, Telenor-Telenor call charges($0.011) would apply as per your price plan, charges as per 60-second pulse.

Adding Talk Time in your SIM: |
$ 2.50 USD in starter airtime credit is included with your Pakistan SIM card purchase.
You can recharge your Telenor prepaid SIM by loading scratch cards of the following denominations:
$1.50, $3.72, $7.50, $15.00.
Please remove the protective coating to see the 14-digit card number that you need to enter for recharging.
You can now use the 14-digit number to recharge your Telenor prepaid in one of the following three ways:
Via Telenor Sim menu.
Via calling 555 from your mobile phone.
Via dialing *555*14 digit scratch card number# and then press send or call button.
After having selected "Recharge", you will receive an incoming SMS confirming that you have recharged your Telenor prepaid SIM card onnection
Dial *444# from your Telenor prepaid SIM, Press Send,
You will receive your balance as display text on your handset.
