How it works?

Requirements: MMS enabled phone with MMS & GPRS services activated.

2) Voicemail to Email
If you are subscribed to the "Voicemail to Email" service, voicemails will automatically be sent to one of your pre-configured email addresses (GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo!, corporate emails, etc) immediately. Voicemails received via this method are in .WAV audio format. A monthly fee of RM5 (per 30 days) is chargeable for subscribing to the "Voicemail to Email" service.

For emergencies while using your local Malaysia GSM SIM card in Malaysia please dial 112 from your cell phone.

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Malaysia SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Malaysia SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

^Your Malaysia SIM card will be blocked if the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times. The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Your phone may or may not prompt you for a PIN code. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone. Call customer service at 016 221 1800 immediately to receive a customized PUK after you have answered security questions.

**When calling overseas from the United States to your Malaysia cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 60 and then your Malaysia cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Malaysia cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number. For example, to call "Bukhari Technologies" you would dial; 0092622050444

Adding Talk Time in your SIM:

Upon purchase, your Digi Prepaid Plus SIM Card comes preloaded with RM 50.00 (US $13.00) worth of airtime. Prepaid SIM reload vouchers come in two denominations; RM 50 and RM 100.

You may add airtime to your Malaysia SIM card as follows:

*Starcodes: Using your mobile phone, key in *123-Your 14 digit reload PIN-# (e.g. *123567654567876543#), then press [SEND]
*Call 016 299 1800 and follow the instructions on how to reload
*Buy additional reload air time at a host of Digi Centres, authorized dealers, selected ATMs, petrol stations, and convenience stores.

Please refer to your mobile phone display for your remaining credit. Some mobile phone models do not immediately display the remaining credit on the mobile phone screen. If this should happen, please refer to your mobile phone manual on how to retrieve the remaining credit.

The remaining credit displayed on your mobile phone display is only an estimate. The DiGi Prepaid Plus billing system is the actual reference for all credit balance charges incurred on your prepaid SIM card.

Please note that your prepaid SIM card can no longer be used when the credit is zero. The calls will be interrupted without forewarning when the credit reaches zero. To avoid call interruption, you'll receive a warning notice via a text message from DiGi. We strongly advise that you reload your Prepaid Plus SIM card before the remaining credit is depleted.
