• Travel to UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
• Set your UAE cell phone to the GSM 900/1800 frequencies
• Be sure that battery is charged
• Insert the UAE SIM chip into the cellular phone
• Enter the PIN code (if required) ^
• Turn on your phone
• Start calling**
^ Your UAE SIM card does not require a 4-digit PIN code. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
Customer service for your UAE prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing" 135 " at any time from your UAE cellular phone.
How to activate Voice Mail:
You have full access to a personalized voicemail that answer your calls when you aren't available. An SMS will alert you when you have voicemail.
To activate the voicemail service, please call 135. After activation, just call 161 to record your personal greeting. Set up your passcode and listen to your messages anytime. To retrieve messages from your mobile when you are abroad, please call +971 555 678 161.
To listen to your messages from another phone, call 055 5 678 161 (inside UAE) or +971 555 678 161 (from abroad), then enter your mobile number and passcode.
Your default passcode is set to 0000. For security purposes, we recommend you set your own four-digit passcode by dialing 161.

Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers in UAE. These airtime vouchers are available in 5 denominations $ 7.00, $ 16.00, $ 32.00, $ 63.00.
Credit is for life, this means for as long as you are a DU customer your credit will never expire .
Once you have purchased an airtime voucher, simply scratch off the grey protective layer to reveal your reload code. Follow the instructions on the SIM card to add your airtime to your account.
